Damages and issues
We understand that sometimes if anything is missing, damaged (“normal wear-and-tear”, manufacturing defect) or you have received a different product from what you have ordered. In these scenarios we kindly ask our customers to open and inspect all products on the receipt day and you must need to report the same to customer service on the day of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will ask you to email us a photograph of the damage, including the packaging. Please note that without the correct information and images we will not be able to investigate the issue.
We will gladly review your return request and if your return is accepted* Customers need to send the items at Sajawaat Home, Near Agarsen Market, Main Road, Muradnagar,Pincode-201206,District- Ghaziabad, State- Uttar Pradesh. All the returns should be sent to the above address within 5 days from the acceptance of return date.
*Please Note- This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original inner and outer packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sales merchandise if there is any evidence of wear-and-tear.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All return shipping charges will be beared by the customer.
For your return product you can request for the exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note, we do not offer any refunds, exchanges or returns for any made to order, non-standard, customised, sale items, gift cards or special order products. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to achieve a solution, which is apt and plays a pivotal role ensuring customer satisfaction by providing the free alterations which are under permissible limits.
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of the item. You will be notified by email when this has been processed. Depending on the terms set by your bank, this will show in your account within 7–10 working days.
We offer the cancellation policy to ease the shopping for our customers. You can easily cancel the placed orders within 24 hours from the time of order. Beyond 24 hours there will be no cancellation.
