All the products present on Sajwaathome website are authentic and “Made in India”. Products are manufactured at in house manufacturing plant and also by third party vendors designed by Sajawaathome designers.
Unevenness in weaves, prints, minor slubs in fabric and slight variation in color are expected outcomes of an authentic manufacturing and craft processes. These variations are typical characteristics of any handloom, hand-crafted,and Auto/Power Loom weaved product and are not to be considered as damaged or defective.
All the placed order will usually be dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). We are continuously working on getting your ordered products delivered to you at the earliest; however in some unforeseen situations it may take a little longer. In these situations we request your cooperation and patience to deliver the products. In this case we transparently ensure that the revised shipping date will be informed to you without any delay.
The shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
There may be products which need special handling care and therefore we request you to sign the product receiving copy/acknowledgement upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. to sign. We claim no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. We are not responsible for damage after delivery.
If you notice anything is missing, damaged or you have received a different product, you must report the same to customer service on the day of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be informed when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.
